1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This equipment is used for hand-held tools for automatic counting cards. It mainly used in the occasion that should count a large number of cards. For example, card printing department of bank, branch of bank, all kinds of department for certificate card issued, all kinds of membership card issued, card manufacturers, transportation management etc.

(2) Key for scan: boot and card counting the start button;
(3) Accumulation key: accumulation state switch button;
(4) Clear key: to clear the number ;
(5) Charging interface: the standard Micro USB interface, used for charging machine;

(7) Sensors: sensor window.

3. HOW TO USE
1) Power on
1、(2) Key for scan: boot or start counting (6) Battery cover: open it to replace the battery if necessary
2、(1)Count speediness: 880 cards per second;
3、(1) The machine when the user stops operation after 2 minutes will automatically shut down to reduce battery consumption, it will automatically save the current data and state before the shutdown. When in use, click the SCAN key , it boot back to the state before shutdown and display the corresponding data. Boot display as follows

The flag"∑"on left-top corner indicates that current is accumulated state, "25" indicates the right times of counts, the upper right corner of the battery icon to display the battery state; two numbers below are last counting number and cumulative number.
2) Counting
In power on state, press the SCAN key(2) enter counting status (The HB-22 will return to power on state after 8 seconds without further operation), place the HB-22 on the cards tightly, keep the sensors out of cards and uniform speed sliding, make the two
sensors passing the cards completely. If done right, a "tick" sound will be heard and a number will be shown, otherwise, twice "tick" and the error message shown, the user needs to operate again.

3) Working mode
The ACC key(3) can switch the states between accumulation or not. The upper left "∑" logo will appear or not to indicate the state.
4) Clear data
Press Clr key (4) to clear the current number, and keep more than 5 seconds to clear cumulative number.
5) Language
According to actual needs, you can select the prompt as Chinese or English, press (2) and (3) at the same time and release will finish this operation.
6) State
In order to facilitate maintenance and recognition, the machine can query software version, serial number and various kinds of state data at any time. The specific operation is pressing (2) and (4) simultaneously, then released, it will display a screen state information, wherein the first line is the software version and serial number, there are 4 rows of small numbers on the need to be provided to the manufacturer to determine the status of equipment.
7) Charging
For ease of use, the HB-22 adopts a rechargeable lithium battery powered, when low battery , charging it via Micro USB by the attach charger .
8) To replace the battery
Battery is the consumption of accessories, in times of charge after failure, you can unscrew the (6) to replace the battery.
The ACC key(3) can switch the states between accumulation or not. The upper left "∑" logo will appear or not to indicate the state.
4) Clear data
Press Clr key (4) to clear the current number, and keep more than 5 seconds to clear cumulative number.
5) Language

4. NOTICE
1) The HB-22 will automatically shut down in case of power is too low, or count is not accurate, then please charge to use;
2) Cards with thickness less than 0.3mm may be difficult to count, in this case, reduce the total cards in one single count and slow scanning speed can get a good result;
3) Don't mixed different kinds of cards in one single count ;
4) For cards with embossed, place them evenly ;
5) Don't strike anything using HB-22;
6) Please packing the HB-22 after using.
